How it Works

1. Contact Us
   • If you have a behavior concern for your animal, please contact us. We may email you or schedule a brief phone call for more information. This will help us learn about your situation. We will discuss your concerns and ensure that we are able to meet your needs.
   • Depending on your situation, we may offer initial safety recommendations. We might also assign tasks for you to work on in preparation for the consultation.
   • If we are not confident that we can help, we will refer you to someone who can.
2. Book an Appointment
   • Consultation appointments can be made online through our online booking service. They can also be scheduled via email or phone after initial contact has been made.
   • Payment is required in full prior to the consultation.
3. Fill out a Behavioral History Questionnaire
   • We will collect a comprehensive behavioral history in advance of the consultation. This will help us understand what is going on with your animal.

4. Behavior Assessment/Consultation
   • We will discuss the behavioral history of your animal in detail.
   • Management strategies will be suggested and a custom behavior modification plan will be developed.
   • Homework will be assigned.
   • Extra work sessions are scheduled, as needed.
5. Support/Follow-up
   • Updates on progress are shared via email, text, phone, or web call.
   • You may be asked to share videos of your animal and/or training sessions.
   • Necessary adjustments to the behavior modification plan will be discussed.
   • Depending on your progress, extra work sessions may be suggested to help resolve the case.
